"Pawtucket RI July 28th, 1908" this real estate contract was binding that Alexander and Mary Nelson agreed to pay Jethro Baker the sum of $2,000 plus 6% per annum interest. The document has 8 stamps still intact along the bottom. The opposite side of the contract is the ledger of payment throughout the years (ending in 1920). What a neat little piece of history!
